There are several ways that you can register...
1. REGISTER ON-LINE
Registering On-Line is Quick and Easy and the best way to insure your spot. Check out the list below to make sure you have all the needed information before beginning the registration process.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot add weeks or switch weeks on-line if you have already registered for 2010. Instead please call our office (301-797-7999) to make these changes.
Items needed for online registration:

TETANUS DATE: We need the month and year of your child’s most recent tetanus shot. The tetanus shot can be found on the immunization records under DTP, DPT, DPaT, or Tdap. Your tetanus shot must have been within the last 10 years.

PHYSICIAN’S INFORMATION: Your child’s doctor’s name and phone number.

PHOTO: Be prepared to upload a digital photo of your child as part of the online registration. (If you do not have a photo on the computer, you can still complete the online registration, but you need to mail a photo immediately!) Previous campers, we need a new, recent photo.
SWIM LEVEL: For new campers, you will be asked to provide your child’s swimming level. We have a chart which will help you to determine the level. Previous campers, we have your swim level in our records, so you should mark the option “On File.” If previous campers have since passed levels at another facility, you need to STILL mark “On File,” but follow-up your registration with a call or e-mail advising us of the change.
FRIENDS: We understand that it is sometimes very important to have friends or siblings in the same group, so if this is the case, please mark the friend in the appropriate box. You are welcome to put several friends but we only gauarantee one friend per child. If the age of the friend or sibling is more than two years please call our office to discuss the situation.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD: You will be asked to either pay in full, or pay a deposit (this option is only available until May 1st). If you choose to pay the deposit, your balance will automatically be deducted from your credit card the Monday morning of the week(s) of camp your child is attending. If your family divides the payments, such as, Grandma pays half and Dad pays half, then you have two options. You should submit your payment and application by mail, or one party can collect the money from the other BEFORE registering. This is important because our system will only allow you to provide ONE card to pay for the total cost. You cannot register online and pay later. You will not be able to complete the registration process without paying. We accept Visa, MC, Discover or AMEX |

HOME SCHOOL DISCOUNTS: For home-schooled children who are planning to attend Week 11, and would like to receive the Home School Discount, you need to print the application and mail it in. If you register on-line you will not be able to receive the discount.

PRINT INSTRUCTIONS: It may be a good idea to print out the brochure (click here) so that you can refer to it while registering.
