Group Rates

 

Saturday Day: 11 am - 4:30 pm

 

There is a $400.00 deposit due to reserve a date, and this will go towards the total payment if there is no damage to facilities or equipment.  We use the pre-picnic caterer count. Optional activities canceled by the group leader due to lack of interest will be charged at half the contract price.  Please make all checks payable to Antietam Recreation.  The minimum cost is $1,800 (225 people at $8 each).

Saturday Evening: 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

 

The cost for evening groups is a flat rate of $6.00/person with a minimum of 150 people ($900). There is a $200.00 deposit due to reserve a date, and this will go towards the total payment if there is no damage to facilities or equipment.
